Real Results. Real Players.

★★★★★

“Working with Niba gave me clarity I didn’t realize I was missing. Instead of chasing fixes, I finally understood what to prioritize and why. My match decisions are simpler, my confidence is higher, and I’m winning more of the close matches I used to lose.”

— Corey (4.0 Adult player)

★★★★★

“Niba has a way of explaining things that makes sense without overwhelming my child. The focus on habits and decision-making has made a huge difference, not just technically but mentally. We’ve seen steady improvement and much more confidence on and off the court.”

— Junior Player Parent

★★★★★

“Niba brings structure and thoughtfulness to everything she does. Her understanding of player development, engagement, and behavior change made a noticeable impact on how our programs run and how players respond. She sees the bigger picture without losing the details.”

— Kathryn, Summer Program Director

★★★★★

“Niba coached my daughter during her preteen years, and the impact went way beyond forehands and match scores. What made Niba special was that she got it — developing a young player means developing the whole person. The confidence, the love of the game, the ability to handle the emotional rollercoaster that comes with competitive tennis.
She created a space where my daughter felt safe to take risks, mess up, and grow at her own pace. Niba knew how to push without pressuring, challenge without creating anxiety, and keep the fun in the sport even as things got more competitive. She also had a rare ability to communicate with both player and parent — helping us understand how to be supportive without accidentally adding pressure.
Years later, my daughter still carries the lessons Niba taught her — not just about tennis, but about effort, resilience, and owning her own journey. If you're looking for a coach who truly understands young athletes and what they need to thrive, I can't recommend her highly enough.”

  • Meet Your Coach

Hi, I'm Niba.

I've spent my career at the intersection of elite tennis and human performance — as a competitive junior ranked in the ITF's Top 140, a D1 collegiate player at Samford University, a collegiate coach, and now Head of Adult Racquets at The Country Club in Brookline.

My MPH in psychology isn't a side note — it shapes every analysis I deliver. Players plateau not because they lack effort, but because they're overwhelmed, inconsistent, or unclear on what actually matters. My job is to diagnose that and give you a plan you can trust.

Whether you're a 3.5 adult looking to win more tiebreakers, a junior building toward college recruitment, or a program director creating structure — I'll meet you where you are.
